Terms of Service

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS.

General Terms

  • Please fill the form in a clear and nice way!

  • Payment must ONLY be in USD via Paypal. If you are from Mexico please let me know so I can give you another payment method!

  • l will start the commission once the payment has been confirmed.

  • Changes to ongoing orders will not be accepted, unless its within the same day when the order form has been sent.

  • Yuri/yaoi (SFW)

Won't draw

  • Hentai/porn

  • Furry/Animals

  • Backgrounds

  • Gore/fetiches

  • Mechas

  • Real life people (I can make exceptions)

  • Extreme muscular people

Payment

  • Payment via Paypal.

  • Payment MUST be upfront (I will send an invoice).

  • The prices are in USD.

  • For people in Mexico, the exchange rate is 1 dollar = 20 M.X

  • Once I send you the payment invoice, you have one week to complete the payment.

Process

  • The WIP will be sent in the lineart and base coloring phases

  • The time frame on finishing the commission varies but it will at least take 1~3 weeks. This may change due to many factors such as health, order of commission, complexity or family issues.

  • If any of the things stated above occurs the customer will be notified asap.

  • The customer can set the delivery date, however this date must be a period of minimum 2 weeks.

  • Please try to make your references as accurate as possible.

Refunds/ Cancellations

  • REFUNDS are not allowed if I send your commission.

  • Cancellations must be done before payment or before I start your commission (I will notify you when I start).

  • If I start your commission, you can't make a refund.

Copyright/Usage policy

  • I have every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.

  • Unauthorized use of the commissioned artwork is forbidden (commercial use, editing, recoloring, claiming as yours, etc.).

  • I'm allowed to use my art to promote myself, use it as a commission example in any social site.

  • You may only use the commission for personal use.

  • If you repost the commission, do not remove my watermark!
